Hello guys, as per title Haven't logged in my employee stock plan in etrade for a couple of months, if i try now, immediately after i enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number I punch in my number but it says it's not supported. If you having issues with loading certain aspects on etrade it may be your browser
My portfolio and my options information were not loading when i logged to my account through chrome I logged in through internet explorer and everything works fine Decided that increasing security on my e trade account was a good idea, and e trade suggested symantec’s vip access, so i downloaded to my iphone I opened it and it showed an id and a code that changed every 30 seconds
I checked the 2 factor box at e*trade, inserted that id and the code and i was set
